Rhythmer is an independent community project. It is not affiliated with,
sponsored by, endorsed by or an official product of M-VAVE. The M-VAVE name
and FM-1 product name identify compatible hardware; their use does not imply
an affiliation. Other names and marks remain with their respective owners.

This is experimental development firmware. Physical-device installation,
power-loss recovery, sustained playback and compatibility with every hardware
revision have not been validated. Firmware or audio-bank writes can cause
loss of music, presets or samples, failed updates, device malfunction or damage,
and a device may require recovery outside this browser. Keep independent
backups and stable power/USB during writes.

Rhythmer is provided without warranty, to the extent permitted by applicable
law. To that same extent, its authors and contributors disclaim liability for
device damage or malfunction, data loss and resulting losses arising from use
or attempted installation. This notice does not exclude liability or rights
that cannot lawfully be excluded, and does not override mandatory statutory
rights or separately agreed written warranties. The applicable open-source
licenses retain their own warranty/liability provisions.

The installation checkbox records that this risk and independence notice was
read. It is not a claim that every possible liability can be waived, nor a
waiver of non-excludable legal rights. No manufacturer warranty outcome is
promised. Rights in the third-party Break recordings are a separate issue;
read THIRD-PARTY-AUDIO.txt. Credits and notices do not grant recording rights.
